Production

The main production enterprise in the structure of the holding is a plant for the production of reinforced concrete. The production was founded in 1965 and by the end of the year the first large-panel house of the so-called "Khrushchev housing" of the Soviet times was built. In 1971-1973, the reconstruction of the enterprise was carried out, which allowed to increase the production capacity and switch to the construction of residential buildings of improved layout, which is still relevant and in demand nowadays. In 2017, the company became part of Group of Companies LUG, which gave it a new impetus in the development and improvement of production.

In 2018, the production of reinforced concrete was significantly modernized: lifting and turning molding stands and all the necessary equipment were purchased and installed. It now allows production of reinforced concrete products of any configuration and size according to customer drawings for the construction of residential buildings with a total area of up to 120,000 m2 per year, as well as social facilities. Production facilities for concrete pannels of older series which are still in steady demand were also modernized. At the moment, producing prefabricated cottage housing is in the works as the next step in the development and diversification of production.

The quality of reinforced concrete products depends on many criteria, such as the quality of concrete, accuracy of overall dimensions, location of anchor systems, surface finishings. Concrete quality control is monitored by our in-house laboratory at all stages of production and includes: - control of the properties of raw materials; - control of the preparation of concrete mix; - control of compaction, structuring and hardening of concrete mix; - control of the properties of the finished material or product.

As part of the production, there is a reinforcement shop that provides the necessary reinforcement for the production of concrete panels, and also provides metal products of various complexity necessary for completing residential and non-residential buildings such as metal fences, staircas railings and parapets, ramps, fire stairs, landscaping elements and small architectural forms. The manufacture of both our own reinforcement and landscaping details allows us to make complete sets of products for apartment buildings, including everything necessary for the organization of living environment around the housing.
